II. Test Items:

1. Displacement test: no-load pressure, discharge measurement.
2. Volume efficiency test: The volume measurement efficiency under rated operating conditions.
3. Power test: Start power, rated power, and overload power.
4. Overload test: The maximum displacement of the hydraulic pump or motor (high speed), nominal speed, rated pressure of 110% or the maximum pressure for operation of 1 minute or less.
5. Torque test: Input torque of the hydraulic pump, shaft end torque of the hydraulic motor (reverse test)
6. External leakage test: During the above tests, inspect the leakage of the sealing components.
7. Auxiliary tests for hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders, etc.
